Refund Policy

All in-app purchases (subscriptions and one-time charges) are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not see, hold, or have the ability to refund your payment.

Apple App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com from any browser, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, find the transaction, and tap “Request a refund”.

Google Play: open the Play Store on your device → Menu → Subscriptions → choose Sanctuary → “Cancel” and then file a refund request through Google’s purchase support flow.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does NOT shorten the current paid period — you keep access until the period ends. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions. Settings → Manage subscription inside Sanctuary deep-links straight to the right page.

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. The weekly plan does not include a trial.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence (including, where applicable, EU / UK / AU / IN consumer-protection laws). Apple and Google’s own refund policies, and any mandatory withdrawal rights you may have under local law, take precedence over this page.

Sanctuary (Tournahub Solutions Private Limited) cannot reverse, partial-refund or pro-rate any in-app purchase. We do not have the ability to do so — the transaction happens between you and Apple or Google.

If a store-side refund was denied and you believe there is an error on our side (e.g. duplicate charge, undelivered entitlement), email business@tournahub.com with your order id and we will help wherever we can.
